By using the SASW Advertisement Placement service, the applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). An additional administrative charge of SGD100 applies for overseas advertisements.
• All advertisements are subject to approval by SASW. Applicants are advised to allow at least five (5) working days for the processing and approval of requests.
• Advertisements will only be scheduled for publication upon receipt of full payment.
• Requested advertisement dates are subject to approval and availability. Applicants should take into account the processing and approval timeline, as well as their organisation�s internal payment processing timeline, when indicating preferred advertisement dates.
• SASW reserves the right to amend the layout, design, images, fonts, or formatting of advertisements where necessary, in consideration of the overall presentation and consistency of its online and/or offline publications. Notice will be provided to the applicant where applicable.
• SASW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any application or remove any advertisement, particularly where the content is deemed derogatory, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise contrary to the interests of SASW and/or the Social Work profession, as determined by the Executive Committee and/or the relevant Standing Committee(s). Notice will be provided to the applicant where applicable.
• SASW shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequences, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with the publication, rejection, removal, or content of any advertisement placed through its platforms.
