Outstanding Social Worker Award 2018

The Outstanding Social Worker Award (OSWA) started in 1998. Organised by the Singapore Association of Social Workers and supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development and ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, the annual OSWA is presented at the Istana by the President of the Republic of Singapore who also hosts the tea reception for social workers in recognition of their contributions to the society.
